I’ve gotten better at looking on my own but I don’t have as much endurance as my mom for sure! it helps shopping with friends and family especially people who are really good at it and can sort of mentor you lol

you gotta really hunt for it!! my mom loves thrifting and we do it together a lot. it takes a long time to find stuff you really love but it’s worth it when you do. consignment shops are good to check out too.

so the blue striped dress is from my hometown boutique called La De Da, from a label called Cut Loose - it was a gift from my mom; we’d always walk in there and never buy anything bc it was pricey but this was a special occasion. I fell in love with the uneven hem and the wild pattern. The hairband is just a simple Goody hairband I got from CVS, the belt is from Forever 21 and the boots are my trusty Clarks!

thanks so much! working where I do gives me lots of ideas because I always try to dress to match the theme of the week (and maybe win a contest!) so much like a writing prompt, it challenges me to use what I have in new ways

They need to stop this killing of character of color and LBGT character like how many is it even at? Fiore Deblanc Kenny Sabine Hoover those 2 Grail agents all the Boyds basically :(

dw I didn’t even notice the typos :D I do the same thing; don’t sweat it. and yeah…it was bad enough w/ the angels bc I had (and still have in spite of everything) hopes they’d be back but there were all the unnecessary deaths of marginalized ppl (even an interracial queer couple so checking those boxes at once lol) and it got way worse this season. it wouldn’t be as much of a problem if more of the main cast fell into those categories, but they don’t. we used to have hoover and now we only have tulip again :( doesn’t matter that I adore her; it’s just not enough

I CAN’T BELIEVE THEY DID THAT TOO HOOVER! So potential with him being vampire like am I suppose to believe Herr is okay with kill Humperdoo but can’t handle Hoover being a vampire? Ugh. yeah it was lame as hell…and I’m so nervous bc we’re getting into the big stuff like Genesis’ origin and if it’s not fiore and deblanc…what was the point. and also, why be secretive about which angel it is if it’s some completely random character we know nothing about? fingers crossed but I unfortunately have less faith in this show than I used to

and vampire Hoover was adorable and interesting and idk what the point was of introducing that as a concept if they were just going to violently kill him off like every other black character on the show besides tulip…
